Can the humanitarian system adapt? Is the humanitarian system well prepared to adapt and respond to these new challenges? According to a survey for this study, experts are not confident in the humanitarian system. Only 13 per cent of respondents consider that it is very or completely prepared (figure 10). Nevertheless, 91 per cent of respondents think that anticipation and prevention of crises are very or completely important for humanitarian organizations.
