WHO OUR STUDENTS WORK WITH:

/ Digital Video Production and Marketing in Practice –you will be placed with a company to deliver a brief. Previously this has been with THG, Greystone Action Sports, Northern Roots, McCann, Salford Red Devils, Village FC and students are also encouraged to bring in their own placement.

Our students work as content producers, filmmakers, digital marketers, development producers, and social media managers.

They work with companies such as:

/ Channel 4

/ The Princes Trust

/ Square in the Air (sports agency)

/ GB Skateboarding

/ Pollenary (creative agency)

/ Salford Red Devils (rugby team)

/ THG (huge e-commerce operator in Manchester and globally)

Application Advice

/ Meet our entry criteria: IELTS 6.5 overall with no element below 5.5 and a relevant undergraduate degree - normally we require 2:1 or above but we may accept applicants with a 2:2, if a high quality portfolio of practice is also presented.

/ You will need to show at least one video that demonstrates your experience in video production. You

/ Co-op can also submit anything relevant to the business side (a marketing plan or previous work), or social channels.

/ We also have a few freelance filmmakers who are doing well with their own big brand clients in the UK and abroad.

/ You must demonstrate in an interview that you are passionate about this area of work and understand the use of video in a marketing setting.
