If you want your own room, the Towers are your best place to live on the UCF campus. These residence halls are a mixed community of first-year and upper-level students. The Towers are close to our retail shops, the UCF Arena and Bright House Networks Stadium. It’s just a short walk to see the Knights in action, attend concerts and grab the latest bestseller from the Barnes & Noble bookstore. If you’re hungry, that’s right around the corner too. Places to grab a bite range from popular chain restaurants like Chick-fil-A® and Jimmy John’s® to campus exclusives such as Knightro’s and the Marketplace dining halls.

The Towers at Knights Plaza require an 11.5-month agreement. Each agreement begins in the fall and goes through the summer. Apply early—The Towers are one of the most popular places to live on campus and apartments go quickly.
