Box Office Opening Hours:

Monday – Friday 1pm – 5pm Performance Days 3.5 hours in advance

Concessions: Concessions are reduced rates available for selected concerts to Friends of UCH, Senior Citizens, Students, University of Limerick Staff, Wheelchair and Companion tickets, Unwaged & Groups.

Special Assistance: University Concert Hall has a number of accessible tickets for each show, for wheelchair users or others who may require assistance, along with complimentary Personal Assistant tickets. These tickets must be booked in advance via the Box Office.

Arrival Time: Venue is open one and a half hours before each performance. Enjoy a drink in our new bar or dine in Allegro. We advise arriving half an hour before shows.

Smoking Policy: Please note that the University of Limerick is a smoke and vape free campus.

Parking: Please note the Foundation car park is a Pay Car Park, exit barriers will be lifted for customers leaving after performances at UCH.
