couting Robert Baden-Powell was the founder of the scout movement, which supported young people in physical, mental and spiritual development. Scouts spend time together in small groups and share experiences, rituals and activities. Their main activities are camping, woodcraft, aquatics, hiking, backpacking and life-saving. These activities help in individual character training in resourcefulness, observation and self reliance as well as physical health.
