Tres veces presidente de la República, autor del Himno Nacional y responsable de la Constitución de 1886. De interés por su arquitectura y por los recuerdos que contiene del Presidente Rafael Núñez.
RAFAEL NUNEZ MUSEUM In this house located in El Cabrero neighborhood, lived and died one of the most illustrious figures of Cartagena from all times; Rafael Nuñez. He was president of the Republic of Colombia for three periods as well as the author of the National Anthem and thus responsible for the Constitution of 1886. It is a house of interest for its architecture and the memories it contains of the President Rafael Núñez.

CASTILLO SAN FELIPE DE BARAJAS Es el más formidable, ingenioso, colosal y avasallante complejo defensivo de la arquitectura militar española en Cartagena y considerado desde su construcción, el guardián y protector de la ciudad. Su interior es un laberinto de túneles, galerías, desniveles y trampas, con un intrincado sistema de comunicaciones y de vías de escape, además de un ingenioso tejido de minas para volarlo en caso de ser tomado por el enemigo.

It is considered, since its con-struction, the guardian and protector of the city. CERRO Y CONVENTO DE LA POPA Por ser la altura más prominente de la ciudad, el Santuario de La Popa se convierte en una especie de vigilante eterno de Cartagena. Convento fundado por los Agustinos Descalzos Recoletos en 1607, con la misión de expulsar a Buziraco, imagen del macho cabrío que adoraban los indios en sus alturas. Es uno de los más visitados por los turistas.
