India is going through a real transition & transformation phase and with G-20 Presidency with India, we have a greater opportunity & responsibility to provide a leadership role to the world.
The first thought that came to mind that I wish to pen down here is as follows:

While the country is facing a jobs crisis and many businesses hurting from the economic cost of the capital to bring sustainability to the businesses, there is an urgency to provide full protection for all the wealth creators i.e. businessmen of the country and their global partners/stakeholders. While pursuing business and career goals, at times, there would be crisis cropping up and while dealing with them all, knowingly or under ignorance, some mistakes or violations are bound to happen which needs careful scrutiny as per the accounting practices, standards, and as per the law of the land and in my opinion, pre-trial arrests must be avoided as much as possible but in an unlikely situation where the arrest is an absolute must and is warranted for ascertaining the economic violations as well as irregularities, prisons should not be first available choice to keep these businessmen with other criminals because the dignity & pride once lost, destroyed/tarnished beyond repairs that is bound to happen if subjected to imprisonment during trials. Instead, I propose that there should be a special correctional centre or dignified detention centres to house all such accused so that their dignity and pride are secured when they are acquitted from all charges and allegations, or else, they be given a choice of picking up the hotels, etc. at their own costs including that the cost of safety & security of that place. Businessmen/women are the real wealth & livelihood creators for the Nation and their pride must never be compromised and must be given full protection by the Government.
Here it's not just the question of the pride of the businessmen/ women but that of the Nation. Private jobs can only be created with the involvement of the private sector investors and to achieve that with ease, Government must realise the fact that lowering the taxes will easily ensure the thriving private sector. This article is being put out as an appeal through this platform with the intent of igniting the needed spark amongst the influencers that assist policy and lawmakers of the country
