Professional Recognition

Many of our courses are accredited by professional bodies. These accreditations demonstrate how our degrees meet employer standards, as well as the quality of our courses, teaching and facilities. Many of our accreditations also provide the basis for achieving Chartered Engineer status following graduation and suitable work experience.

Additional Training And Accreditation

We are the only university in the UK that has integrated the industry-standard aircraft maintenance qualification ‘EASAPart-66’ with an Honours degree.

Facilities And Experience

To be career-ready, it’s important you learn about your chosen profession in the right environment. Our students learn using industry-standard equipment on campus, like in our Aerospace Centre and Materials Testing Laboratory. In addition to site visits and learning through real-life projects, there are opportunities for work experience as part of your course.
