RECREATION POLICIES REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION • Registration is required for most classes. • Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Popular programs fill up quickly! • Programs may be cancelled if there isn’t sufficient registration 3-5 days prior to the start date. • Unavoidable class cancellations will be made up at the end of the session when possible. NEW SPORTS DROP IN PROCEDURES • First priority is for those participants who have registered. Registration is strongly recommended, as a cost-effective way to ensure you have a space every week. • Registered participants have up to 10 minutes after the program start time to show up. All no-show spots at that time will be sold to the drop-in wait list. Sign-up for the drop-in waitlist begins IN PERSON half an hour before the program begins. • Participants may put down their name plus one more, maximum two names per person, on the waitlist. 球类活动的报名规定 提前注册整季活动者优先。由于场地有限,建议你提前注册以保证你每次打球都有位置。提前注册者需 要当天在球类活动开始前10分钟到前台登记。10分钟之后未登记的位置将分配给未提前注册当天来打球 的人。这些人需要提前30分钟本人到前台报名,每人最多可给两人报名。

PROGRAM FEES & REFUNDS • Drop-in fees must be paid before each class and receipt must be provided to the instructor. • Applicable taxes will be added to the price of programs and fitness centre memberships. • Full refunds will be issued for any programs cancelled by the UNA. • Refund requests must be submitted no later than 1 hour after the second class, after which refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. • Refunds are prorated with an administration fee of $10 per person. • Fitness Centre Passes can be refunded once during the calendar year for a medical reason. (no doctors note required) or an absence (vacation or business). If canceling a Fitness Centre Pass, a partial refund may be approved at the discretion of the facility coordinator or supervisor. • Camps are non refundable 5 days prior to the 1st day of the camp. • A late pick-up fee of $10 for every 5 minutes following the end of the program time will be charged. COMMUNITY SPACES Community Centre staff reserve the right to make changes to room schedules. The Living Room at the Old Barn Community Centre, the Lounge and the Splash Pad at Wesbrook Community Centre are public spaces and not available for private events. These spaces may be reserved for UNA programs or events. PHOTOS Photos may be taken of program and event participants for marketing and promotions by the UNA and may appear in UNA print materials, websites or social media. Please inform the Program Coordinator if you have any concerns about having photos taken of you or your child.

Come dance and sing to happy village folk songs, Korean lullabies, Cuban rain forest songs, and more. You will also find bells, triangles, train whistles, shakers, rhythm, sticks, kitchen instruments, and instruments galore! All this with a developmentally appropriate, research based curriculum taught by a registered Music Together instructor. Fees include 2 CDs, a songbook, and a Parent Education guide. Parent/caregiver participation is required.

It is playtime at the Wesbrook Gymnasium! A chance for tots aged 0-5 years to explore various climbing apparatus, sports equipment, and exciting toys as they grow and develop socially. Parent supervision is required. Each session features circle time, which is an opportunity to sing, dance or listen to a story. *Please note that parents are expected to help with clean-up. Explore the world of colours and develop art skills by using different mediums and techniques. Children will learn about cultural arts, artists and styles; all in a fun and imaginative manner. This session is specifically designed for children 5-7 years of age. Participants will need to bring some supplies. A list will be provided during the first class.

Pre-kinder Pups and Kinder Pups are heavily focused on setting your puppy up for success for the rest of its life. Your puppy will learn basic foundation behaviors such as sit, down, come, stay, loose-leash walking, and leave it. Puppies will also experience new sights, sounds and experiences through puppy play time, interactive activities with people, and a changing classroom environment. The two classes experience the same curriculum, but are divided by age to ensure that your puppy is at the same developmental stage as its classmates. SUBMISSION SPECIFICATIONS Please submit your advertisement as a PDF, created in a vector based program. Please convert all fonts to outlines. Any images or logos embedded in your ad should be input as 300DPI at 100% of the size you require. Interior ads for printed guide must be submitted in a gray-scale and full CMYK version. Cover ads must be submitted in CMYK with a 0.25" bleed, no trim marks. Please keep all important content to at least 0.25" away from the edge of your file.
