MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING ACADEMY Offenberger Muay Thai: Level 1

Offenberger Muay Thai: Level 2

OMT Level 1 will introduce you to the basic skills and training of Muay Thai and kickboxing. You will receive an intense cardio workout, with plenty of strength and endurance training. This class is designed to increase your overall athleticism and coordination, plus improve your Muay Thai skills. Level 1 classes are designed for beginners, and new athletes can join any time throughout the session. Additional training sessions available on Wednesday evenings 8:15-9:30 PM.

This class is for those participants who have previously participated in the OMT Level 1 class and are looking for advanced instruction, increased skill development and a challenging cardio workout. Participants will require additional equipment to participate in some of the class activities. Additional training sessions available on Wednesday evenings 8:15-9:30 PM.
