Installation Important Note: You must ensure that the phone system is set to accept External Message On Hold. If you are in any doubt, please contact your telephone system installer or maintainer. 3.5mm 8ohm RJ45 600ohm
Level -/+ Monitor Load Notes: MOH Player comes pre-installed with standard message. User can user internal 8Mb memory or use 64Mb by using USB Drive (provided) User can customise message by visiting Ultimate MOH
To Load Custom Message Into Internal Memory: Put Only MP3 up to 8Mb (max Internal memory capacity) Files onto USB Drive (supplied) Insert USB Drive on Player and Press and Hold Load Key for 5 Seconds. Load and Monitor light will flash while loading Wait….. Load light will go Green when loading is complete, press Monitor key to hear MP3 to check upload successful. Remove USB Drive. Orange Load Light indicates Load Error – MP3 files may have exceeded 8MB, make sure USB Drive only has MP3 and all files are less than 8MB

1. Apply power (USB style) 2. Select desired output (8ohm/600ohm) 3. Select desired lead and plug into phone system: i. RJ45 to RJ45 ii. RJ45 to 3.5mm Jack iii. 3.5mm Jack to 3.5 mm Jack 4. Press Monitor Key to check audio playing, Press again to turn Monitor off (use Vol+ / -) 5. Set volume for phone system using Vol+ Vol(you will need to call into phone system and be placed on hold) – Note, adjust volume played to phone system with Monitor key OFF.
To Play Up To 64Mb MP3 Files From USB Drive: Put MP3 Files onto USB Drive Power Off, insert USB Drive Into Player Power On – Player will Auto Play from USB drive
Very Important Note To Installer After installation, please hand the User Guide and the Welcome Card to your customer and point out the location of the Ultimate MOH player. The Card and Guide contain the system Serial Number and important information on how to customise the Hold Message via the Ultimate MOH web site.
