Fisher & Paykel hosted its first-ever live ‘demo day’ at its display within the Belfast Cookery School. With the aim to better prepare retailers and key partners in briefing their consumers on the key functions available across the appliance ranges, the event comprised a demonstration carried out by the Cookery School’s resident chef Ian Hunter using Fisher & Paykel appliances. During the course of the event, Hunter demonstrated the cookby-recipe function on Fisher & Paykel’s combination steam oven to create a delicious, steamed sea bass dish as well as a banana bread for the attendees, giving them the opportunity to experience the perfect results for which Fisher & Paykel are renown. 40
