PROCTER AND GAMBLE UKSV WERE ASKED TO SUPPORT THE PROCTER & GAMBLE OLYMPIC HOME. THE VENUE WAS VINOPOLIS LOCATED WITHIN THE STUNNING VICTORIAN RAILWAY ARCHES OF LONDON BRIDGE, VINOPOLIS IS THE CAPITALS PREMIER WINE TASTING EXPERIENCE AND VISITOR ATTRACTION.
Live TV was also wired throughout the venue to enable the viewing of the Olympics, which created some interesting projection challenges.
The venue was stripped out leaving an empty shell. We then were part of the team creating the home for the US Olympic team families. There were numerous experiential touch points throughout the building for the global brands under the P&G banner combined with live stages.

P LY M O U T H U N I V E R S I T Y UKSV WERE APPROACHED TO CREATE A CREATIVE CINEMA COMMERCIAL BY PLYMOUTH UNIVERSITY TO HIGHLIGHT THE RECENT CHANGES IN STUDY FEES AT UNIVERSITIES. Primarily, the campaign would be played in Cinemas around the UK with prime airtime slots being secured to coincide with a release of the last Harry Potter film. The commercial had to appeal to students and parents alike and also had to work in radio format for a supporting campaign. The cinema commercial featured a track by the band MUSE who donated the track as they are honorary graduates of the University. THE CAMPAIGN IS SO POPULAR, IT IS STILL

V O DA F O N E UKSV AND VODAFONE HAVE WORKED IN PARTNERSHIP FOR 20+ YEARS AND WERE ENGAGED TO CREATE AND DELIVER A COMMUNICATION PROGRAMME THAT CULMINATED IN AN EVENT FOR THE ENTERPRISE BUSINESS UNITS’ SALES TEAM. UKSV provided full event management from teaser campaign through to picking a venue, delegate management, content creation, design and even the gala dinner entertainment. The event was held over two days with interactive workshops and team building activities interspersed within the conference agenda.

BRUNEL UNIVERSITY UKSV WERE ENGAGED TO CREATE A PRESENTATION THEATRE AND REGISTRATION FOYER BY TRANSFORMING BRUNEL UNIVERSITY’S WORLD CLASS INDOOR RUNNING TRACK. Particular attention had to be given to the running track during rigging which was eventually carpeted to protect the surface. Tiered seating was used to create the correct viewing angles for the audience. The windows and roof were blacked out with custom designed sails. A temporary air conditioning system was installed along with lights, sound and projection which was all powered from generators. With a week build and a week of ceremonies in the region of 7000 guests and students took part in the event.

AA SUMMER FESTIVAL THE AA BRIEFED UKSV TO CREATE A CUSTOMER FACING CELEBRATION OF ITS ICONIC BRAND FOR THE MEMBERSHIP AND A WIDER AUDIENCE.
A CELEBRATION OF 50 YEARS OF A NATIONAL INSTITUTION
The summer is packed with over 600 festivals. The added issue was to create a live experience that attracted new members, from 18 year olds to those who have been members for 50 years. An experience to span the generations.
We would create a town with five streets. Each street represented a decade. Every street was the same. The garage, the eatery, the breakdown vehicle attending a car. The street was the same just a manifestation of ‘the’ decade. The streets would lead to a town square where there was music from the decade – hotel lounge music to Drum and Bass.
A great day out whether you were 17 or 70. Brand-centric but also immersive in nostalgia. A day of many smiles.

LUNDBECK UKSV WORK WITH G2 TO DELIVER A SERIES OF EXPERT MEETINGS FOR LUNDBECK’S SENIOR CLIENTS AND EXECUTIVES ACROSS EUROPE. UKSV has been producing seamless events with G2 for Lundbeck since 2009. The meetings are often 2-3 day shows varying in size from 100-300 pax, in different locations across Europe. UKSV has provided technical and production support and created different looks and feels depending on the different drug brands. UKSV is going to Barcelona in October to help support Lundbeck’s presence at ENCP Congress 2013, providing workshop, seminar space and a client gala dinner.
