Access All Areas The good news is you are halfway there! Each travel agency of CLIA is provided with their own unique Membership Reference that allows individuals to create their own personal CLIA profile which will track the completion of learning and is unique to that user. Head to cruiseexperts.org, select Travel Agent Centre and click on the Personal Profile tab. Once you have created your profile with us, you will simply need your email address and password to access the site in the future.
