College of Education According to Dean Everen Samuelson, the major thrust this year on the College of Education is to reor~anize the structure of the college, followang a reevaluation of priorities to meet the needs of students and soc ie ty. The new T eache r Education Center in Lewiston helps to meet education students' needs. The Center intends to change the nine-week student teaching practicum to a full-semester integrated ex p erie nc e. Th e C e nt er is run in cooperation with the school district and Lewis-Clark State College. Dean Samuelson has headed the College of Education for twelve years. He is now the senior dean at the University of Idaho.
