Differences between traditional and new business developments have lead to many different forms of contracts. Focus and evaluation is on contracts used in industry, government, non-profit organizations. Emphasis on political, legal, and fiscal aspects including financing and funding. Highlights include study of the contracting process, subcontracting, and contracts administration and also include management of progress, quality, and cost in contract performance.
