"We really want to get a full picture of who you are as a person and this can’t always be done by looking at your transcript. We also need to know that you have been challenged in solving problems and thinking critically, so perhaps add this information." – Aarti Singh, PWC

skills, abilities and experiences for successful performance in the role. "A CV should give you a taste of who the individual is, a trailer to get you excited to meet the individual. People screening CVs usually have to do this in large numbers. They don’t have a lot of time to spend on each CV and the individual therefore has very little time to make an impact." – Deloitte Audit Graduate Recruitment Team

Less is more "Historically, CVs were meant to include every piece of information about a person. However, it is important to note that certain things need to change as we evolve. As a graduate, your CV should be no longer than two pages." – Aarti Singh, PWC
