Explore our buildings and facilities through various tour options.

Campus Tours

10:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Join a 60-minute walking tour led by a student tour guide. As part of the campus tour experience, guests are invited to view a room within our Northwest residential community. Residential Life staff will greet guests and answer questions regarding life on campus. Short on time? Shippee Residence Hall (SPRH, E7) will feature a model room for families who want to view a residence hall and may not have the time commitment for a full campus tour.

Tours depart every 15 minutes from the Homer Babbidge Library (HBL, E5).

Undergraduate Research Exhibition (April 15 Only)

Wilbur Cross Building, North Reading Room (WCB, D5) n Native American Cultural Programs n Puerto Rican/Latin American Cultural Center n Rainbow Center n Women's Center

11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Visit with undergraduates and learn more about the research and creative projects that have captured their imaginations. Approximately 150 enterprising students present posters at this annual event and are happy to speak with visitors and answer questions about their research.

Please note, research posters on exhibit will be changed during the break in sessions.

STUDENT RECREATION CENTER (SRC) TOURS

11:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

The SRC is home to the latest fitness equipment, six basketball/volleyball courts, an indoor running track, cycle studio, aquatics center, and our climbing wall with over 5,000 square feet of climbing area. Students can participate in a number of group fitness classes focused on mind, body, and functional training.

Tours are available from the North Quad entrance every 15 minutes starting at 11:00 a.m.

Uconn Innovation Zone Tours

Peter J. Werth Residence Tower, Room 014 (WRT, E3) 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Located on the lower level of the Peter J. Werth Residence Tower, the UConn Innovation Zone provides students, faculty, and staff with the tools, equipment, and guidance to create and innovate when inspiration strikes. Stop by to tour the makerspace and connect with Huskies as they share their experience as “makers” on campus.
