The fourth United Cities and Local
Governments Congress and World Summit of Local and Regional leaders will take place in Rabat, Morocco and will mark nine years
of History for our World rganization. This occasion will equally mark the centennial celebration of the municipal, regional and international movement that began in 1913 during the International Congress of Cities in Ghent, Belgium.
