3.6 Smart Living

Talking about Smart Living is to compile several aspects that substantially improve the quality of life of citizens, such as culture, health, safety, housing, tourism, etc. Developing each of these aspects leads to a more satisfactory, full and harmonious life. Smart living is characterised by the following factors: •e‐Health.  Electronic health card.  On‐line medical services.  Remote home control or alarm systems for patients.

•Accessibility and e‐Inclusion.  Development of digital inclusion programmes for groups at risk of exclusion.
