In its fifth year, the forum entitled: "The Archives: memories of the people, heritage of humanity" held in August 2011, addressed issues such as Cultural Heritage Conservation Policies. This forum was organised by the Ministry of Culture of the Federal District in coordination with the National Autonomous University of Mexico and the Old College of San Ildefonso.

The Taipei in the Making project endeavors to digitize and create a valueâadded information retrieval system for parliamentary documents authorized by Taipei City Council. The outcome includes 255,982 digitalized pages of parliamentary journals, 266,644 pages of parliamentary gazettes, and over 65 thousand minutes of the Council Chamber video recordings, dated since 1969. The project builds a web site with a multitude of search capacity and provides an instant messaging reference service basing on the digitized content.
