MEDIA INFORMATION CREDENTIALS Admission to Pauley Pavilion’s press seating and media room is by credential only. All credential requests should be made through UCLA’s credential website at least two days in advance of the game. Website address/instructions can be obtained by emailing athletic communications contact Alex Timiraos (atimiraos@athletics.ucla.edu). Credential requests for road games should be made, via email, with Alex Timiraos. Additional information about media policies are available by visiting www.uclabruins.com/media.

CREDENTIAL PICKUP Credentials are available during the week at the Athletic Communications Office. Credentials not claimed before game day will be available at Pauley Pavilion’s Will Call window, located along the arena’s Northwest corner. The media will call window and adjacent media entrance will open approximately two hours prior to tip-off.

MEDIA PARKING A limited number of single-game parking passes are available for purchase ($13.00). These passes are good for a special area in parking Lot 8 (south side of Pauley Pavilion), which can be accessed by following Westwood Blvd. into campus from Westwood Village (adjacent to the 405 freeway).

MEDIA ENTRANCE/SEATING A press pass enables entrance at Pauley Pavilion’s Northwest media gate (across from the intramural field). Press seating is located in the upper level, Section 215, of the arena’s south side. UCLA’s Dick Enberg Media Room in Pauley Pavilion is located on the arena’s event level, nearest to the southeast elevator. In-game refreshments are typically provided in the media room prior to tip-off.

MEDIA SERVICES Media will be supplied with a halftime and final box score and a full play-by-play account of the game. UCLA encourages members of the media to access game notes and in-game statistics online (via uclabruins.com) in an effort to promote sustainability and reduce waste. For special arrangements regarding a telephone line or Ethernet connection, please contact Alex Timiraos in advance (email, atimiraos@ athletics.ucla.edu). Phone lines and Ethernet connections have been installed at the visiting team’s radio position.

PHOTOGRAPHY Photo passes are available to media members who are working on assignment for a news-gathering organization. Due to a high volume of requests, criteria for media credentials will vary, as they are based on the availability of baseline photography spaces. Photo credentials should be ordered in the same manner as media credentials.
