Instructor Spotlight

TiaMarie Harrison

Recipient of the Education department’s quarterly Outstanding Instructor Award We recognize Ms. Harrison’s commitment to excellence and dedication to her students in Early Childhood Education. As one of our newest instructors, she ramped up quickly to become highly skilled at content delivery and student engagement. One of Ms. Harrison’s notable accomplishments is developing and teaching “Anti-racism and Teaching in a Diverse Society for Early Childhood Education,” a course which required her to deftly manage sensitive subject matter, which she did successfully. Her courses are highly organized and clear in their expectations and flow, and her level of feedback and responsiveness to students is very high.
