Motto Live to Serve, Love to Serve

Pledge "I pledge to uphold the Object of Circle K International, to foster compassion and goodwill toward others through service and leadership, to develop my abilities and the abilities of all people and to dedicate myself to the realization of humanity's potential".

Ideals To give primacy to the human and spiritual rather than to the material values of life. To encourage the daily living of the Golden Rule in all human relationships. To promote the adoption and the application of high social, business, and professional standards. To develop, by precept and example, a more intelligent, aggressive, and serviceable citizenship. To provide through Circle K clubs a practical means to form enduring friendships, to render altruistic service, and to build better communities. To cooperate in creating and maintaining that sound public opinion and high idealism, which make possible the increase of righteousness, justice, patriotism, and goodwill.

INTERNATIONAL TRUSTEE'S MESSAGE A Warm Circle K International Welcome to the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean Circle K!

With tremendous gratitude, it is an honor to be serving you all as your International Trustee for this Circle K term. I’m psyched beyond belief to represent the incredible Caribbean District on the International level and can’t wait to attend your events to the fullest extent possible! My aim is to get to know the Caribbean District as best as I can and to support all your endeavors in the most achievable ways possible. As your International Trustee, I’d want nothing more than to join in on the celebrations the Caribbean has to offer and to get an inside perspective on how your district achieves your success. With the challenges put in place because of the global pandemic, we can only go up from here! Let’s move forward together and show our communities what makes Circle K International special and recognizable. Fortunately, Circle K International has awarded us with a stellar pairing of Districts that we all get to collaborate with, known as our sister districts (aka, SISTRICTS). Those include The Louisiana-Mississippi-West Tennessee District, the Indiana District, and the Wisconsin Upper-Michigan District. Together, we make for a dream team of leaders that no other student-led organization can match! As your Trustee, with my passion and commitment to service, together, let’s focus on a post-pandemic recovery that’ll get us reaching for the stars and on a path towards organizational growth. As the leaders of tomorrow, only we stand in the way of what we can/can’t achieve. Thank you for your cooperation and let’s seize the day!”

International Trustee Jonathan Varano

Lieutenant Governor's Message Nothing excites me more than a club whose participation, teamwork, and dedication paints how the Caribbean District should look. UCC CKI Clubhas set the tone for other leaders across the district to follow with its display of transformational leadership, its vibrant club life that showcases fellowship and its passion for service. I must commend the board, let by President Xavier reece. This board took upon itself the biggest challenge ever and has already made progress. I must also "big up" the club members for how they continue to support the club and its growth. "Me naah lie! Life ova ya so nice. We outside pan a regular, we keep meetings pan a regular, and most of all we leadership a show." I can boast as to how well UCC represents the Paradise Division along with its sister clubs. As Lieutenant Governor, I am proud to be a part of the Caribbean's Leading Member Club. Not only can I boast but the records are there to show how well the club has been managing itself over the last six months. I want to encourage UCC CKI Club to continue being that agent of change, that hallmark of excellence, that vibrant club that attracts members of all race, gender and ethnic groups. 29 different clubs, 4 divisions, 1 Caribbean District, shaping the future of service, leadership and fellowship. Paradise Strong, Powerful Together.

Keron Woods LG Paradise Division

PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE "The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others" -Mahatma Gandhi The opportunity to serve as President of UCC Circle K Club has been hands down the greatest honor in my young life. This journey has helped me to understand myself better and unlock my full potential. The deep devotion I have to help others around me has been running through my veins from my time serving in the K-Family. Despite living in the most unprecedented global health crisis since the Spanish Flu, Our club has been at the forefront of helping our communities recover from the dire socio-economic scars inflicted by COVID-19. I am, without a doubt, thrilled to have the confidence of my members to serve as their President for this prestigious club and having the most supportive and hard-working board and club members. I am also thankful for the support I have from all the officers and members of the Paradise Division. I am very appreciative of the support from my Lieutenant Governor Keron Woods, Divisional Secretary Maedia Harriott, and my fellow Paradise Presidents. They motivate me to be a better leader everyday and I am forever grateful for them. So moving forward, let us put an end to the bitterness and the disunity and return to the founding ideals that have made Circle K fun, exciting, and welcoming; Service, Leadership, and Fellowship. When we keep our heads down, block the noise and work together, we all can achieve our goals as a club, division and district as well as make our nation a better place for everyone.

PRESIDENT XAVIER REECE

EDITOR'S MESSAGE Serving in the capacity of Bulletin Editor has been a very enlightening one thus far. I have been given this golden opportunity to improve and utilize my skills to create some of the most eye-catching posters and certificates to promote the various club events and initiatives. This job has come with its fair share of challenges at times. I have had to produce quality materials in very short time frames. It was also important that I exercise humility due to the fact that I have to make numerous modifications to my work even if I don't agree with them. The whole point is that being a Bulletin Editor in CKI requires a great level of adaptability, creativity and equanimity. I absolutely believe that UCC Circle K is comprised of an incredible group of people who have this unrelenting passion for service. This Executive board has managed to build on the achievements of the immediate past board by providing more leadership opportunities for members, effective planning and execution of service initiatives, and doubling down on our efforts to market our club through the use of merchandise as a tool of recruitment. I believe that UCC Circle K will continue to be the premier club of the Caribbean District by letting its service do all the talking and ensure that all our actions are aligned with the central tenets of CKI: SERVICE, LEADERSHIP, and FELLOWSHIP.
