I thought about while seeing the harms and the growing tendency of people to consume artificial foods, and foods with chemicals in them. One one hand there are chemical foods and on the other hand there are Islamic diets. We should compare ourselves that after all the whole world is converging towards prophetic ( )صلی ہللا علیہ وسلمdiets. In my clinic uncountable number of patients are becoming healthier by consuming prophetic ( )صلی ہللا علیہ وسلمdiets. I prepared this book by collecting material from different medical magazines, newspapers and journals. It is is quoted by hazrat Abu Huraira (RA) that Hazrat Muhammad ( )صلی ہللا علیہ وسلمsaid that an adulterous woman was forgiven because once upon a time she saw a thirsty dog on the bank of a well that he had stuck his tongue out so much so that he was about to die. She took out her shoe and tied it with her shawl and pulled water for the dog. She gave water to the thirsty dog and due to this she was forgiven. Upon this someone asked hazrat Muhammad ( )صلی ہللا علیہ وسلمthat does a person also get rewarded for having mercy on animals?
