My answer to that is, I want I not only wear the dresses made of hand looms, but everything used in my home is made in my homeland and I suggest others as well to use the things made in our own country. If you do not to do this, then the weavers and thousand of other trades people will become very poor and will die of hunger and poverty.” Masood Khadar Posh tod this tale of forty-one years ago and said that after that he made a promise in the house of Allah that I will also follow this recommendations of Hazrat Lahori RA. This relates to pre partition period of Indo – Pak, I heard this from Sheikh ul hadith, Maulana Ahmed Sayed Kazmi Sahib RA of Jamia Abbasia Bahawalpur, whose Madrassa, known as Dar ul Aloom is in the city of Multan, “Ahmed Pur Shurkia has many qualities and among those qualities is also that there lived this great Chughtai family, whose elders gave this city two things. First the recognition of ‘Halal and Haram’ and second Showed them so much generosity that the public still remember their generosity.” Then he further explained that there lived a man by the name of Haji Wali Muhammad Chughtai RA who was from eighteenth century. He was very knowledgeable, well known, rich and generous person. Nawab Bahawal appointed him the in charge of the people from lower trades, so that he can train them and teach them the difference between Halal and Haram. He taught them the prohibitions of Zabiha, how to keep the knife sharp so that the animal would not feel the pain, do not cut one animal in front of the other, the animal should be healthy before you perform the Zabiha. He taught these people lots of other things relating to Sharia. After some time, people forgot his true identity, though his family profession was business, cultivation and medicine.
