An average morning Isabella Collingridge

My alarm wakes me up from my heavy sleep.

The weekend has passed so quickly, I can’t believe it’s already Monday.

I get up from bed and open the blinds, my eyes squint as they adjust to the bright light.

I walk downstairs and make my breakfast. I suddenly realise how hungry I am as I pour my cereal. I sit down and eat, whilst I scroll through social media on my phone.

I go back into my room and start getting changed. I finish off by putting on my tie ad head to the bathroom. I wash my face and then moisturise, this always makes me feel so refreshed in the morning. I then go back to my room to put on a small amount of makeup for the day.

Finally, I have a small amount of time to relax before I have to pack my bag. I normally either watch TV or fo on my phone. After around 10 minutes, I get up to go and pack my bag. I take my timetable out of my pocket and look at what lessons I have today. I get those particular books and put them in my bag along with everything else.

It’s finally time to leave for school. I always really enjoy my walk to the bus stop in the morning, it makes me feel refreshed for the school day. I normally get to the bus stop early so I have to wait a little bit before the bus actually comes.

When it arrives I sit down and then get my earphones out to listen to music. I really enjoy listening to music, it’s really relaxing, especially first thing in the morning.

After around 20 minutes on the bus, I finally arrive at school. When I arrive, my friend, Aggie, is normally waiting for me since her bus arrives before mine does. I say hello and then we talk for a while before some more of my friends get off their bus. Around 30 minutes later, the bell goes off for school. We head into the building where our form room is and then the school day begins …
