Made Hot
COME BACK TO YOURSELF – YOU WERE MADE HOT.
MEET Anna and Alicia aka The Banksy’s behind good sex. Business partners, twin sisters in their forties and lucky enough to call each other best friends, too. The heart of Made Hot is “let us teach you to do you and be you”.
“We spent most of our lives missing out on many of life’s greatest joys and pleasures,” they say. “Through many discussions and selfexploration, we’ve found that we weren’t the only ones – and that lots of humans, like us, are missing out on fulfilling relationships and sex lives. There’s nothing we want more than to help change this for others and that is exactly why we created Made Hot. To provide a trusted, go-to resource for all things mental, emotional, physical and sexual wellness. So humans across the world can live their best, most satisfying lives possible, filled with endless amounts of pleasure, joy, confidence and happiness.
We are MOTHERS. FRIENDS. DAUGHTERS. SISTERS. We are on a mission of empowerment. We own our scars. We break down barriers. We step out of our shadows.” Here the sisters – together with coach Anup Sohanta – share their views on how to own your sexuality post childbirth...
PART 1, WRITTEN BY NOOPFACE:
NO matter your age, how you feel about your body or where you consider yourself on the scale of “attractive”, there’s a certain sexiness about being in the present. It’s all about how you feel about yourself right now and how you use your energy to be kind to yourself because you’ll feel your own light emanating from you and others will too. Loving yourself is more than the “Love yourself” or “Love and light” noise that you may encounter on social media. Loving yourself is the process of bringing your heart back to you and for you. Loving yourself is making choices that honor who you are now and who you will be in the future.
In our last article, we discussed a mother’s identity and how a mother is more than a mom. A mother is a person with her own identity, a multifaceted being that contains thoughts, feelings, fantasies and desires. That’s not to say that a mom can’t be just a mom if that’s what she chooses to be. But, she can also be a sexy human that wants to be worshipped or bent over for a cheeky Tuesday afternoon f*ck. Experiencing life and nourishing your soul are the finer facets of being a human being and I recognize the importance of supporting and helping a mom bring her heart truly back to herself. There is a purpose for lovers and partners to create intimate exchanges and the depth of connection enables us to evolve by ourselves and with our lovers.
Some of the areas that I focus on are intimacy, pleasure and how to bridge the gap between what is considered spirituality and its relation to sexuality. A mother is often providing and in service of her children, but when is the last time that your needs were met? That’s a good starting point to consider when thinking about pleasure and sexual desires. What’s holding you back from embracing your pleasure? You’re a beautiful human and your cup should feel full too (amongst other things).
Claim your pleasure, embrace it with open arms and experiment with those salacious thoughts. Being a mother is an amazing victory, but you should be celebrated, seen, heard and understood for everything that you are.

PART 2, WRITTEN BY MADE HOT, ANNA & ALICIA
YES… claim your pleasure and feel into it, remember how it was when you are really in love and when you feel that zing in your body, almost a giddiness. Take yourself back to that! Because love takes you to joy, and joy fills your body and makes it feel alive. And that is something we all want to feel and experience.
And when you are there, you get more creative, more excited, more positive, more inspired. Which is an amazing feeling, because that is what love is!
That is why we wanted to continue on our MILF theme, and push you gently in the right direction, to come back to love. To love yourself, love your body, love your curves and edges, love your complexion, love your hair, love your freckles, love your pointed teeth, love your bushy eyebrows, love your non existing thigh gap (FYI… it might even save your phone from falling down the loo), love your mouth, love your eyes, love your toes. As you can see, this list can go on forever… because there is so much to love about ourselves.
Sometimes, we as mothers forget about all this. We forget about all our splendor.
When we become mothers, we make a choice and in one way our life begins with a new chapter but in another way, it stops. And you stay steady for your children, and for your family, and sometimes this stop becomes too long, or too big. And we easily lose ourselves.
Our children move and move along, but we can become stuck in seasons or in roles. This is where we urge you to move, to remember what MOVED you, especially if no one´s asked you in a very long time, and specifically if you have not asked yourself.
We forget or even just put it aside that we need to be touched, loved up, feel sexy, and have orgasms. We forget that we need to feel it all! And not only by our partners but also by ourselves. So we stop because we get busy, and life, and this and that. We have less sex, we stop masturbating, we forget to touch our bodies, we stop dancing alone in the bathroom, and we stop moving our bodies in sensual ways. And those parts of us kind of fall asleep. And oftentimes we think that we don´t need them anymore, but we are here to tell you, that YES we do!!
Come back to being not only a mother but a woman. In all its glory. Provide not only as a mother but provide for yourself. For your femininity, for your womanness, for that spark that every woman has inside of her.
