PROGRESSIVE METHODS OF TEACHING AT THE FACULTY OF COMMERCE OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ECONOMICS IN BRATISLAVA PETER DRABIK PAULINA KRNACOVA ROBERT REHAK MARIA VASILOVA

ABSTRACT The presented paper deals with the progressive methods of teaching in the conditions of the Slovak Republic. The following methods are introduced by the Faculty of Commerce of the University of Economics in Bratislava in order to create space for multidisciplinary teaching. The key share of participation with economic practice in the learning process, combined with modern and progressive methods of teaching, the significant space is created, especially for faster and better targeted application of graduates in the labour market. The main objective of these methods is to adapt the undergraduate education to the new challenges and labour market requirements. This paper is prepared in the Cross Border Cooperation Programme SR-AUT 2007-2012 in the project Cross-border in hi-tech centre, code N00092.
