PENDRY HOTEL & RESORTS

Pendry Hotels & Resorts is a new luxury hospitality brand from Montage International. Pendry combines inspired design with a celebration of culture and authentic service tailored to today’s cultured world traveler. Founders Alan J. Fuerstman’s and Michael Fuerstman’s well-seasoned experience in the hospitality industry serve as the foundation for the brand. Each property is injected with a unique perspective on contemporary style, and an emphasis on the arts and local community in the city it calls home. The portfolio of hotels includes Sagamore Pendry Baltimore, Pendry Chicago, Pendry Manhattan West, Pendry Park City, Pendry San Diego, Pendry Washington D.C. - The Wharf and Pendry West Hollywood. Currently under development Pendry La Quinta, Pendry Natirar, Pendry Newport Beach and Tampa.

Studio Hiller

The work of Studio Hillier of Princeton, New Jersey, co-founded in 2011 by partners Barbara Hillier and Robert Hillier, is a mosaic of places, cultures, customs and economies in locations that are a gradient from bucolic open space to urban neighborhood to densely urban. Winner of more than 300 design awards, Hillier’s reputation for excellence is evidenced in their commitment to their clients, the place, sustainability and the built environment.

Epic

EPIC Construction Company, headquartered in Piscataway, New Jersey, former General Contractor of the Year for the State of New Jersey, has built and managed literally thousands of projects in its 50-year history involving academic, athletic, commercial and residential, hospitality, entertainment and a wide range of mixed-use facilities. EPIC is constructing both the Pendry Natirar hotel and the Pendry Residences Natirar.

Design

The interiors of Pendry Residences Natirar are being orchestrated through Residential by Design, an extension of Pendry Hotels & Resorts, headed by Kimberley Harley, Montage International’s Vice President of Architecture & Design. The Residences will reflect the smart influences and lifestyle preferences of the design-centric clients who prefer the unique stylings of Pendry.
