c) Require or result in the construction of new storm water drainage facilities or expansion of existing facilities, the construction of which could cause significant environmental effects? No Impact Construction of new storm water drainage facilities or expansion of existing facilities is not anticipated as a result of the proposed project. As such the project will have no impact on the storm water drainage system and or facilities. d) Have sufficient water supplies available to serve the Project from existing entitlements and resources, or are new or expanded entitlements needed? Less than Significant Water needs during the project construction would be minor. Existing water resources would be sufficient to meet those needs. e) Result in a determination by the wastewater treatment provider which serves or may serve the Project that it has adequate capacity to serve the Project’s Projected demand in addition to the provider’s existing commitments? No Impact As mentioned above, the proposed project will not discharge wastewater during construction or maintenance, as such no wastewater treatment will be needed, and no impact will occur. f) Be served by a landfill with sufficient permitted capacity to accommodate the Project’s solid waste disposal needs? Less than Significant Construction related materials transported to landfill areas would be minor and would not substantially affect remaining capacity of any landfill. g) Comply with federal, state, and local statutes and regulations related to solid waste? No Impact As mentioned in part f) TID plans to comply with all federal, state, and local statutes and regulations related to solid wastes generated as a result of the project. No anticipated impact is expected to occur as a result of project implementation.
