1 cup heavy cream, thoroughly chilled 2 Tbsp. confectioners’ sugar 2 tsp. ground cinnamon ⅛ tsp. ground nutmeg
Directions 1. Pour heavy cream, confectioners’ sugar , cinnamon and nutmeg into base of Whip N Mix Chef. 2. Cover in gear I, turn handle until stiff peaks form.
