BEST Coffee Starbucks Finalists Born and raised in Oklahoma, Trevor Tack, began his culinary endeavors while attending Oklahoma State University. After earning his degree, Tack started cooking in Tulsa under the tutelage of the late Paul Caplinger at The Chalkboard.
