Hall Estill announces the addition of two new associates to the Tulsa office, Logan James and Cathleen McMahon. “Logan and Cathleen are great additions to our Tulsa team,” said Mike Cooke, managing partner for Hall Estill. “They will help us continue to provide excellent counsel for our clients.” Logan practices primarily in the areas of trusts and estate litigation, banking, construction and complex commercial litigation. He received his J.D., with highest honor, from the University of Tulsa College of Law. While at the University of Tulsa, he received the distinction of Order of the Curule Chair and was a member of the Board of

Advocates. He attended Oklahoma State University for his undergraduate degree, where he graduated cum laude. Cathleen focuses her practice in the area of civil litigation, specifically in cannabis, insurance defense, and professional liability law. She received her J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law and attended the University of Oklahoma for her undergraduate degree. In addition, she is an active volunteer in the Tulsa community, currently serving as a member of the young professionals board of directors for Emergency Infant Services.

He regularly represents insurers in all aspects of the claims process, from advising on coverage issues and claim investigations to defending against bad faith allegations in a jury trial. Kyle received his J.D., with honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, and his B.S. in Accounting from Oklahoma State University. A.J. Hofland focuses on white-collar defense and corporate investigations, healthcare litigation, and general civil litigation. Before joining GableGotwals, A.J. gained significant trial experience as a Navy judge advocate and as a federal prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Oklahoma. In addition to defending businesses and individuals in criminal, civil, and administrative matters initiated by federal and state governmental agencies, he brings a solution-oriented approach to resolving business disputes—whether prelitigation or through trial. A.J. received his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School, and his B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from Marquette University. Justin Lollman has a diverse civil litigation practice, focusing on appeals, complex commercial litigation, employment law, governmental liability, and civil rights defense. Justin regularly practices before state and federal courts across Oklahoma and throughout the country. Having clerked for federal judges at both the trial and appellate levels, Justin is well-versed in federal practice and procedure and draws on that experience to counsel clients at all phases of the litigation process, from the pleadings up through appeal. Justin received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was honored with the Order of the Coif, and his B.A. from Oklahoma State University, where he graduated summa cum laude. Michael Scoggins focuses on corporate and commercial law, energy law, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transactions. Prior to joining the Firm, Michael served as Senior Counsel for an oil and gas exploration and production company which provided him with first-hand insight into the operational, management, and legal issues facing energy companies. He has applied that knowledge to representing his clients who conduct business in various industries such as and gas, commercial real estate, and health and wellness. Michael received his J.D. from The University of Tulsa College of Law with the highest honors, and his B.A. from Furman University. Tim Sullivan represents companies in complex commercial and civil litigation, with a focus on the oil and gas industry. He has extensive experience representing publicly-traded oil and gas companies in litigation in state and federal courts nationwide. In addition to his work for clients in the energy industry, he has substantial experience representing clients in the financial services, pharmaceutical, and software industries. Tim received his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School, and his B.A. from Loyola University. In addition, the Firm recently welcomed Kayla Finnegan, Emma Kincade, and Michael S.
