teacher? Wendy Griffiths, Headmistress, talks about this invaluable role and offers her experience and insights. When I started my career, I remember pupils regularly asking why I had become a teacher. Many seemed surprised that it would be a conscious choice for graduates. Their other focus was a genuine belief that teaching must be boring, as our role was simply to deliver the same information on an annual basis.
