In enger Zusammenarbeit mit heimischen Bauern und kleinen Manufakturen wird „Pur Südtirol“ mit besten saisonalen Produkten beliefert. Mit ihrer innovativen Geschäftsidee wollen Günther Hölzl und Ulrich Wallnöfer für nachhaltigen und bewussten Konsum sensibilisieren. Gleich drei Mal wurde der Meraner Genussmarkt bereits prämiert, unter anderem mit dem SMG Marketing Award 2010 und dem SMG-Publikumspreis. Neben kulinarischen Genüssen bietet „Pur Südtirol“ mit seiner Serie „Pur Manufactur“ eine weitere Möglichkeit sinnvoll und nachhaltig zu schenken. Diese Serie von Alltagsgegenständen aus Naturmaterialien entstanden allesamt in Zusammenarbeit von Südtiroler Handwerkern mit jungen Designern.
