Our current terms and conditions for delivery and payment apply exclusively to all deliveries and payments. Any terms and conditions of the customer to the contrary require our written consent. On an order being placed, our "General Terms and Condtions of Business" below are deemed to be accepted.
ยง1. Prices 1) All of the prices in this catalogue are stated before the addition of VAT at the statutory rate, and are non-binding. On publication of this price list, all previous price lists are rendered invalid.

2) Delivery will take place from our Thessaloniki warehouse. Packaging costs are included in the prices as stated, unless the customer should express a wish for some special packaging. ยง2. Payment terms and discounts 1) Invoices are payable net. 2) In the event of default of payment, all claims arising out of the business relationship are due for immediate payment. This does not apply if the customer is not responsible for the payment being delayed. The seller is entitled to charge interest on areas in accordance with the statutory regulations. 3) Even in the presence of complaints, the customer remains obliged to pay the purchase price in accordance with ยง1, provisionally on subsequent adjustment of the difference. To this extent, no right of retention exists. 4) We must receive all foreign payments free of charges. We reserve the right to execute the order on a direct debiting or cash in advance basis. 5) The customer can only offset such claims as are undisputed or legally effective. ยง3. Delivery 1) The goods are packaged in the manner regarded as standard in the trade. The seller is entitled to make partial deliveries if: a) Partial delivery is applicable for the customer within the context of the intended purpose of the contract, b) Delivery of the rest of the goods ordered is guaranteed.

c) This gives rise to no significant extra outlay to the customer or any additional costs, unless the seller should state that it is prepared to accept these costs. Partial deliveries undertaken and invoiced by the seller must be settled in accordance with the terms and conditions for payment.
