Healing Foundation board enjoys Waiben hospitality

The Healing Foundation Board are feeling reenergised and hopeful for the year ahead after visiting Zendath Kes last week, chair Professor Steve Larkin says.

The Healing Foundation is a national Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisation that partners with communities to address the ongoing trauma caused by actions like the forced removal of children from their families.

Professor Larkin expressed the Board’s, “deepest gratitude” to the community for their hospitality and conversations about healing.

“The Healing Foundation Board were pleased to visit Zenadth Kes, to reconnect with leaders on our work together for collective healing,” he said.
