Under 12s in Cairns for Peninsula basketball trials

Last Wednesday 19 boys and girls travelled from Bamaga and Horn, Badu and Thursday islands all the way to Cairns to compete in the Peninsula District U12 Boys and girls basketball trials.

They played multiple games on Thursday and did well as they ran, sweated and laughed all the way to the end of the day, representing NPA and Zendeth Kes with pride. We had one student make it through to be a shadow for the U12 boys side – Sam Bibjudah –congratulations!
