CAPABILITY & PRODUCT RANGE: We produce a mul�tude of knit products and some wovens as well. Our key exper�se lies in Fleece sweatshirts manfacturing , as we proudly call oursleves FLEECE EXPERTS as we can produce light fleece ranging from 6oz, to heavyweight hoodies at 15 oz. weight and everything in between. CAPACITY: With our own manufacturing plants , plus exclusive contract units , we have a huge manufacturing capacity. Although exact qty depends on the type of style, regarding basic style models , we can easily make 12,000 basic hoodies , or 50,000 tees every day. That’s about 20 truckloads every month. MOQ: Every custom order requires minimum quan�ty to make it viable. It varies from our stable of styles and mul�ple fabric offerings. Although there is no exact science for MOQs , below is a general guideline (somewhat variable); • MOQ per style : 2500 for hoody, & 7500 for tees • MOQ per color : 600 per color for hoods , or 1500 per color for tees • MOQ for all over fabric print : 4,000 yards ( that’s 2,000 hoods , or 4,000 tees ) • MOQ per screen print design: 1,000 • MOQ per embroidery / applique design: 144
LEAD TIMES: Lead �me varies with type of style, and total quan�ty of order. For average style order, with average order qty ( 10,000 hoodies or 30,000 tees ) , factories require 65~75 days to ship , from PO date. Then it takes 25 days on water to reach NYC or LA port. Then another week to clear customs and transport to final customer des�na�on. So from A to Z , you’re looking at approximately 100~110 days from PO date. PAYMENT TERMS: Standard payment terms for all custom orders is 30% deposit , balance 70% before final delivery. For significant order qty , the deposit % can be nego�ated, as we will not process custom orders without deposit. The final payment can be offered to customers who can be pre approved by Coface ( AR insurance company).
EMBELLISHMENT EXPERTISE: With over 20 years of custom manufacturing , we at Milltex have acquired great exper�se in many different embellishments.
