Website One of the primary concerns raised in our research was a challenging schedule for Festival novices. Instead of reorganizing the schedule, why not let the user organize it themselves. The improved website focuses on this custom querying, but it also incorporates the ticketing system, social network connection, artist and venue pages, and more to improve ticket sales.
