PART NUMBERS Our Gatorback mudflaps are available with Stainless Steel or Aluminum hardware options. The Stainless Steel hardware is preceeded with the “GB” designation. For all Aluminum hardware, part numbers are preceeded by the “GA” designation. *Using hardware with dissimilar metals will wreak havoc on your truck. Use “GA” for any aluminum body Ford GB = Stainless Steel - steel body trucks
All part numbers begin with a prefix that designates hardware type: GB = Stainless Hardware included GA = Aluminum Hardware Included GM = Gunmetal Plate with SS Hardware GMA = Gunmetal Plate with Aluminum Hardware

The next 4 numbers dictate the rubber size: 1018 = 10”x 18” 1223 = 12”x 23” 1226 = 12”x 26” 1418 = 14”x 18” 1924 = 19”x 24” 2124 = 21”x 24” Letters that appear at the end of the part number are used to describe the plate style (see chart): SS = Stainless Steel RV = Ram Vertical RH = Ram Horizontal L = Longhorn D = Denali BT-G = Bowtie-Gold

*Generally, people use the “CUT” style on the front and “Square” on the rear, however, in the end, there are no hard and fast rules for choosing mudflap style. “EXCEPTION TO THE RULE”

We didn’t design a specific bracket for the 09-17 Ram, with the exception of the dually, as we found there was no need. For installation, customers drill directly into the wheel well and inner wheel liner, which act to provide additional strength and support to the mudflap. BRACKET

NO DRILL FORD 15-17 no drill bracket systems
With the release of the 2015 F150 and the aluminum body came our popular Ford “NO DRILL” brackets. With aluminum body trucks, you cannot mix metals and use stainless steel hardware to install aftermarket products. To eliminate the risk of corrosion, we went with an option where customers did not have to drill into the body of their trucks. These “NO DRILL” brackets are used with the universal rubber and include templates to indicate where holes need to be cut for installation.
