Flatbed Lasers Features
Flexx Technology™
InPack Technology™
Rotary Attachment
The Flexx Technology™ is the centerpiece of the Speedy series. With it, CO2 and fiber laser can alternately be activated in only one laser machine. Mark and engrave virtually anything.
Trotec lasers are designed to protect sensitive components, such as the axis, laser head, optics and lenses from dirt and dust by the InPack Technology™.
Plug & play rotary attachment permits engraving of cylindrical, conical or spherical objects such as glassware, trophies, mugs or bottles.
Sonar technology™
Front-Access
CeramiCore®
There is no need to use a focus tool. With one press of a button, an ultrasonic based sensor on the laser head detects the surface of your work piece. The focal point is calculated automatically and the Z-axis moves in the appropriate position.
The Speedy 360 and 400 work entirely without any front struts, which ensures easy and ergonomic access to the engraving compartment. Load large and heavy parts with ease.
The innovative and patented laser source concept stands for reliability, high engraving quality and longevity. The resonator body where the laser radiation is generated is made of 100% ceramic, very unique in the industry.
Laser Pointer
Pass-Through
Air Assist
A laser beam is invisible. This is why our machines come with an integrated laser pointer. It indicates, by a red dot, where exactly the beam of the laser machine will hit the material. This enables you to precisely position your work pieces.
For the Speedy 400 and SP 500, by using the pass-through you can engrave or cut very long and bulky parts. It’s possible to work on materials and workpieces that exceed the actual size of the machine.
During laser engraving and cutting, the supply of compressed air can significantly influence and improve the results. Furthermore, Air Assist protects the lens against damage as it prevents dust from adhering to it.
