WINTER Cauliflower Paella Ingredients:
Directions:
½ -1 head of Cauliflower
Take a head of Cauliflower and either grate it or food process it and place in a bowl. Pit the olives and mince, add to cauliflower and let sit for a few hours. Chop bell pepper and add just before eating. Add oil, salt or lemon juice to taste and enjoy. Cauliflower is a high protein vegetable and abundant in the winter.
5-25 olives ½ -1 colored bell pepper Oil, salt, lemon juice
Winter Recipes: Day 2, 5, 8, 11, 14, 17, 20 Banana Spinach Smoothie Ingredients:
Directions:
2-8 bananas
Peel desired amount of bananas (bananas can be frozen as well) and place in blender. Add desired amount of spinach. Spinach has a light flavor and is not too detectable. This is a great way to eat a lot of greens. Add raw milk, juice (freshly squeezed) or water and blend. More liquid will of course make it thinner and less will make it thicker. “Chew” each bite and drink slowly.
1 handful or more of spinach water or raw nut milk
Citrus of Your Choosing Directions: Satsuma, Tangelo, Mandarin, Ugli, Orange, Cuties, etc…Eat as much as you like.
