Trinity Episcopal Church: A Place to Call Home

A Place to Call HOME

Dear Friends,

This Spring, we asked for participation in a comprehensive parish-wide survey aimed at improving literally every aspect of Trinity life. The feedback you provided was incredible and subsequently, we’re embarking on several major changes. These include a plan to restructure our church management team and a plan to grow the endowment while at the same time right-sizing our budgets to reflect new financial realities. Our work isn’t over though – far from it. We’re preparing to organize focus groups to process much more of the robust feedback we received. Stay tuned for opportunities to participate!

After nearly two years of repair work, we enthusiastically return to our beloved Sanctuary on September 17 for a Grand Homecoming Celebration! Please come to celebrate, and reach out to your friends and family who may be out of the habit of coming to worship. Help to bring everyone back for one very special and inspirational day. We’re hopeful that once they come home, they’ll stay! The church has never looked so good!

Sincerely, Your Vestry

(NEW!)

I say this frequently but as I reflect on the repair of the beautiful church building, I can’t help but think that the real resilience and beauty lies so much more in the family that gathers here.

Within the beautiful and historical spaces, resides a family who celebrates life together, shares with one another, occasionally mourns together, sings together, plays together, but most of all learns to strive to love our neighbor, do justice, and walk humbly with God.

I am honored and humbled to serve this amazing community of faith, hope, and love.

I look forward to being with you.
