This class combines an amazing cardio and strength workout. The first half of class focuses on burning calories and cardiovascular health, working on sprints, hills, and endurance drills. The second half focuses on building stronger muscles, stronger bones, and overall strength to enhance your quality of life! Seven classes.

Ride & Shine

Start your weekend off right with a great calorie burn! This indoor cycling class is designed to challenge your fitness including intervals, speed work and hill climbs. All fitness levels welcome! Six classes.

Essentrics™

A dynamic and progressive workout that will activate all your muscles, free your joints and increase mobility. Easy to follow, this choreographed full body technique works through your muscle chains to liberate, empower, and relieve them from tension making you feel more energetic. Seven classes.

Yoga for Mobility

In this class we will explore different stretches and techniques to increase flexibility and strength. We will work on breath awareness and self-massage techniques to help with relaxation and stress release. This class is beginner friendly and suitable for all bodies, and an EXCELLENT complement to a workout program! Seven classes.

Specialty

Exercise for Health

This specialized exercise program is designed for those with chronic health conditions to help manage symptoms and improve overall physical health through exercise. Featuring instruction and guidance from TLC’s Certified Exercise Physiologist, this program guides you in a safe, small group environment. Suitable for those with Parkinson’s disease, arthritis, osteoporosis, stroke, or similar chronic conditions. Participants are required to complete a PAR-Q form prior to starting the program and may require further documents from their physician to be cleared to participate. 10 classes.

Absolute Strength Tabata

This class is for those who want to take their workout to the next level. Participants can expect to increase overall cardiovascular fitness and muscle mass, as well as fat loss. Be ready to sweat in this high-intensity strength and cardiovascular class that will push your body to the edge. This class will utilize a variety of exercises in a variety of Tabata and timed intervals. Seven classes.

Restoration for Mothers

This low-impact fitness class is designed to bring restoration and connection with your body, through the various processes your body endures in motherhood. Whether you are expecting, early in your postpartum journey, or just wanting to learn how to repair your body even years after childbirth, this class can be beneficial for you! Seven classes.

UpBeat Barre™

A fusion of strength, cardio, Pilates, yoga and inspired by barre. UpBeat Barre™ is a muscular endurance HITT class that uses popular music to create a full and balanced body workout with varying levels of intensity. Seven classes .

To the Beat Bootcamp

This class combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric moves all synced to the beat of the music. Every beat has a move, and every move has a beat. This class will work through the different cardio levels working your heart rate gradually to a cardio peak and then gradually back down all the way to recovery. The moves are progressively challenging to work you to your max potential. In this class you'll burn calories while toning your arms, legs, abs, and glutesno equipment used, just your body weight! Seven classes .

Barre Above is a fusion of yoga, Pilates, strength training, and ballet. This Barre class uses the musicality method of teaching and incorporates specific sequencing patterns and isometric movements that target specific muscle groups. This pattern of exercise helps to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and posture all while synced to the beat of some of your favorite songs. Seven classes .

Our drop-in classes are designed to get you motivated and moving your way to a healthier YOU! When you arrive, please check in and pick up your wristband at the front desk. Classes are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. For the safety and enjoyment of all, the number of participants is limited.

Afternoon Step

A 60-minute cardio class that strengthens and shapes the whole body one step at a time. Energetic music and choreography create an enjoyable class for all fitness levels.

Benefit thru Resistance

A resistance training and cardio program that is designed to help older adults develop balance, muscle strength, heart health, core stability and aids in the prevention of osteoporosis.

Chisel & Stretch

A strength class focusing on total body toning using a combination of stability balls, tubing, free weights, body resistance and flexibility training. An hour spent, not a minute wasted.

Drop-in Spin

This 30-minute multilevel class is designed to take you through the hills and drills that will improve cardiovascular strength and muscular endurance. No experience necessary, this class is great for all fitness levels!

Step & Strength

A 60-minute cardio class that strengthens and shapes the lower body one step at a time. Energetic music and choreography create an enjoyable class for all fitness levels!

Zumba™

This popular fitness class incorporates several dance styles including cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, mambo, rumba, flamenco, and calypso. The catchy Latin music includes fast and slow rhythms allowing for a great cardio workout and fabulous body sculpting.

Lunchtime Drop-In Circuit

Get the ultimate calorie burn during lunch time! This program will have stations set up for you to hit every muscle group in your body in 30 minutes. Great for any fitness level.
