866-4-U-TREVOR, is the cornerstone program of The Trevor Project. Any time of any day, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) youth can call the lifeline and reach a trained volunteer counselor who will listen with understanding and free of judgment to their particular crisis. Our callers hail from every corner of the U.S., reaching counselors at the Randy Stone Call Centers located on the East and West Coasts, named in memorial of our co-founder, Randy Stone. The Trevor Lifeline is accredited by the American Association of Suicidology, providing an exemplary crisis and suicide prevention service that performs according to nationally-recognized standards.
