Trentham’s Winter Gardens offer up a sparkling architectural display of frosty elegance, with structural planting left standing until January. Enjoy a bracing lakeside walk through the woods and parkland. Go for an exhilarating whirl around the real Ice Rink from the 12 November until the 27 February, or take a miniature steam train ride during December weekends. From 12 November to 24 December take the Christmas Wishing Tree nature trail courtesy of ‘Delicious’ who’ll be serving warming festive treats from the Italian Garden Tearoom and Lakeside Café. Winter Ice Trentham’s real Ice Rink is back in its beautiful lakeside setting from the Christmas Launch on Friday 12 November to the end of half term 27 February - see session times opposite. Each session starts on the hour and lasts 45 minutes. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the session to collect your skates. Sizes from child size 11 (29) to adult size 13 (48.5). Come on give it a whirl!
Fire & Ice Evenings r Nov 12, Dec 3-4, 10-11, 17-23 New for 2010 is ‘Fire & Ice’ with fire performances at the Christmas launch event and selected evenings in December. Half hour evening performances at 5, 6, 7 & 8pm.
