In the perfect form, we will see how their wedding day played out like a movie with three beautiful acts.
LOVE & LITERATURE Act One: Boy Meets Girl. Jen and Wilson both got ready in different locations for their wedding day. Jen was at an AirBnB with her bridesmaids and Wilson was enjoying the view at the Hyatt Regency. Once they were ready these destined lovers met amongst the blossoms of the Bellevue Botanical Gardens. Their first look was a little nerve-racking for our groom. You can even see the anxiety on Wilson’s face just seconds before the big reveal. The nervousness all melted away when he held his dream girl in his arms!
Yet, Wilson and Jen handled all of these challenges with grace. We even found time to steal away for a few photos under a gorgeous weeping willow tree on the far corner of the property at Laurel Creek Manor. In fact, it seemed like nothing could rattle this pair. As the ceremony finally began, it was obvious that this was the climactic moment that they both had been dreaming of for nearly a decade. Jen looked radiant as she walked down the aisle, and more than once Wilson’s eyes were wet with tears as he looked at her.
Act Two: Race To The Altar. As with any good movie, there were a few obstacles to overcome before Jen and Wilson could tie the knot. Traffic between Bellevue and Sumner was uncharacteristically heavy for a Sunday, it was a particularly warm and muggy day, and the wedding party still needed to do a quick rehearsal before the ceremony to make sure everything went to plan.
Act Three: Among Kindred Spirits. It’s no wonder that this pair chose to decorate their wedding reception with beloved literature, and vintage decor; their story has all of the same classic elements! These personal touches helped make their story come alive for all in attendance. But what really got me was how everyone that toasted the bride and groom spoke about how Jen and Wilson’s love inspired them or
reminded them of their own lasting love. It was easy to see that both of them came from traditions of fidelity and valued it most highly. Epilog: Happily Ever After In true Hollywood style, the day ended picture perfect with a picture-perfect fireworks show. Jen and Wilson stood hand in hand with all of their friends and family encircling them to watch some spectacular pyrotechnics. As the photographer packed up her gear to leave she couldn’t help but become overwhelmed with the feeling you get when you finish a good book. She felt a mix of satisfaction and sadness that it was over. Luckily, Jen and Wilson’s love story is just beginning. While their wedding was a tale as old as time, the really beautiful scenes are still yet to be written.

Torrie was one of our most stunning brides... her dress was absolutely to die for and so perfect for her. Colby was the perfect groom, full of of fun and joy. This couple chose not to have a First Look, but instead Torrie had the sweetest First Look with her dad. It was really special. Everything about this wedding was magical. The ceremony beneath the lovely waterfall at Chota Falls was special in itself. There is nothing like it...being married at a natural waterfall on a 150 acre Private Estate made for a magical day for this couple. The Estate is a perfect combination of rustic chic and elegance. This gorgeous couple ended the night with a giant bonfire.
