Before being a hotel, it was an important convent from the XV century, and is now considered as a national monument. A daily guided tour, at 5 p.m., honors the unique history of this monastery, where kings and princes have spent nights. The tour ends with a delicious wine, cheese and olive oil tasting, in the old Cisterna.
